Here’s to the ones who had such bad anxiety
that sometimes, you feel like you’re drowning in oxygen.
The hardest part of recovery
is when you’re not so sure you want to recover.
If he doesn’t love you when your thighs touch,
why do you want that kind of person in your life?
Some people just need a hug.
Some people just need someone to notice when they‘re not ok.
If you read this, I hope something good happens to you today.
Things that make me smile:
* When my favorite song comes on the radio ♫♬♫♬
* Finding something that was lost
* Smelling fresh flowers
* Sharing a warm cuo if tea
* Spotting a double rainbow
* Getting a text from my crush
* Eating a icecream in a cone
* Holding hands with you ♥ ♥
I know what’s best for me,
but I want you instead.
Sometimes it’s right to do the wrong things. ~
Corny as it sounds,
you are the one that brings the smile to my face.
But most importantly,
you are the one who can actually keep it there.
All of us started out as normal. All of us started out with the potentional to do almost anything we wanted, but somewhere along the path of our lives, we got lost.
I’m not scared anymore, because I know that in the end, fate will either bring us together or bring us something better.
Sometimes you end up losing yourself trying to hold on to someone who doesn’t care about losing you.
I had to learn the hard way that some people walk into our lives & physically walk out, but they never really leave.
You’ve got to learn to push through the hard times, because you have to face them. Running from them now, will only make you too tired to fight through when they catch up to you later.
The good times & the bad times both will pass. It will pass. It will get easier. But the fact that it will get easier, does not mean it doesn’t hurt now. & when people try to minimize your own pain you’re doing yourself a disservice. Don’t do that. The truth is that it hurts because it’s real. It hurts because it matterd. & that’s an important thing to acknowledge to yourself. But that doesn’t mean that it wont end. That it wont get better, because it will.
